It has been quite a journey for me to acknowledge and trust the energy around us and within us! From a young age, I experienced intuitive sensations—initially hearing voices, which evolved into a profound sense of knowing and an acute awareness of the energies surrounding me. I ignored this for many, many years.

My professional journey began in the structured world of information technology, focusing on database development and project management. This analytical background unexpectedly became instrumental in developing systematic approaches to understanding and shifting energy patterns.

Transitioning to health and wellness later in my career, I worked with a diverse array of clients, from triathletes, to clients wanting to lose weight, and those simply wanting to be healthier and feel better. This experience was my first introduction to patterns, both physical and energetic, as some of my clients experienced profound changes quite easily and others struggled with habits.

My personal journey has been interwoven with challenges, including healing from personal traumas. These experiences have been pivotal, teaching me that while we cannot alter past events, we possess the power to transform our perceptions and the energetic imprints they leave behind. This realization has reshaped my life and influenced my approach to helping others, including healing early parenting wounds with my own children.

As a lifelong learner and guide, I believe that each individual holds the innate power to initiate change. My mission is to empower clients with knowledge and tools to facilitate the change they seek.
